Where things stand
Noachis doesn’t have a payment provider connected yet, so orders can be placed but not paid for, and nobody is charged.
Orders move through placed, paid, shipped and delivered. An order can be cancelled before it is paid. Within 7 days of an order arriving, the buyer can request a return in the app, once per order; the seller accepts or declines it and must give a reason for declining. If a return is accepted, the refund goes back through the payment used, and any creator commission on the order is reversed.
Shipping
Each seller ships their own orders and sets their own shipping options.
Free shipping: shops in Noachis’s Free Shipping Programme (every Noachis Mall shop, and shops that join) show “Free shipping” with its terms. When your items from such a shop come to the minimum spend (after vouchers), Noachis pays your delivery up to the cap shown, and you pay any more. Checkout shows it before you pay.
Refunds
Noachis Mall “100% Authentic”: on an order from a Noachis Mall shop, if an item isn’t genuine, request a return with “Not authentic” within the return window. Send it back, and you get everything you paid — delivery included — plus your return postage.
When an order is refunded, any creator commission on it is reversed. How and where money is returned will depend on the payment provider, which isn’t connected yet.
