Noachis Mall and the Free Shipping Programme
Noachis Mall shops are shown with “100% Authentic”. Every item a Mall shop sells must be genuine. On an order placed while your shop is in the Mall, a buyer who receives an item that isn’t genuine can return it with “Not authentic”: like any return that is your fault, the buyer gets back everything they paid, delivery included, plus their return postage, out of that order’s money. Noachis may take a shop out of the Mall, and act under these rules, for items that aren’t genuine. (If the order’s money was already in your balance, the refund comes out of the balance.)
Free Shipping Programme: a shop in it pays an extra fee, a percentage of what the buyer paid for the items (after your vouchers and deals), on every order placed while it is in — with or without free delivery. Noachis pays the buyer’s delivery on the shop’s orders from a minimum spend, up to a cap, and you receive the full delivery amount with the order’s money. The fee, minimum and cap are shown in Seller Center before you join. Noachis Mall shops are always in the programme; other shops join and leave month by month (leaving takes effect on the 1st of next month, Malaysia time — or at once if Noachis has raised the fee since you joined). Noachis tells shops before it raises the fee. If the buyer’s delivery is refunded (a return that is your fault, or a cancelled order), Noachis’s part of the delivery goes back to Noachis.
Listing
Sell only genuine goods you have the right to sell. No counterfeits and nothing illegal or restricted. Describe products and their condition truthfully, and keep stock accurate.
Orders
Ship paid orders promptly and keep buyers informed. You can’t delete your account while you have paid orders still to fulfil.
Affiliate programme
If you turn on the affiliate programme, you choose a commission rate per product. Commission is only paid on items actually bought — calculated on the item price, not shipping, discounts or tax — and is reversed if the order is refunded.
Noachis Ads
Ads are paid from prepaid ad credit. You pay only for valid clicks, at most your bid — usually less, just enough to keep your place over the next ad — and never beyond your daily budget or the credit left. Clicks Noachis treats as invalid (your own, repeats by the same person within a day, bursts from one account or network, brand-new accounts) are shown to you and not charged.
Ads are labelled “Ad” and must follow the same listing rules as any product. Noachis may stop or remove an ad that breaks them. Sales are counted for an ad when the buyer tapped it within 7 days before paying.
Free samples, paid posts and inviting creators
Free samples: you choose the product and how many units; you pay for the units and the postage, and send them yourself with a tracking number. Use a creator’s address only to send the sample.
Paid posts: the fee is paid from collaboration credit you buy in advance. It is set aside when you accept a creator, paid into the creator’s earnings 7 days after you approve the video (a video you don’t answer within 3 days is approved), and comes back to your credit if the post isn’t delivered, is cancelled before delivery, or the video comes down during those 7 days. Noachis takes no cut of the fee. Don’t ask creators to hide that a post is paid.
Targeted campaigns and refundable samples
Targeted campaigns: you offer chosen creators a higher commission on chosen products in your affiliate programme, for up to 90 days. A creator earns the higher of the campaign rate and your normal rate on sales through their links in that period — a campaign never lowers anyone’s rate. Once a campaign is running you can add creators and products, raise the rate and extend it, but not lower, shorten or take anyone off. If you cancel a running campaign, the creators keep the rate for 7 more days (or until its planned end, if sooner).
Refundable samples: the creator buys the product from you as an ordinary order. If they post a public video with it tagged within the days you set after delivery (1 to 7), the item price they paid — after your discounts, not shipping — is paid back to their Noachis earnings out of that order’s money when it is released to you (up to what is left of it after the Noachis fee and any creator commission). The usual Noachis fee applies to the order. If they don’t post in time, the order is an ordinary sale. Refundable samples need online payment to be on.
Agency (MCN) campaigns
An agency may open a campaign and ask for a least commission. You can register products from your affiliate programme at that rate or more. Once the agency approves a product, its member creators earn your rate — or your normal rate, if higher — on sales through their links during the campaign; it is paid from your share of the order like any commission. Noachis pays the creators in full; the agency settles its share with them, not with you.
An approved product’s rate can only be raised. If you withdraw it while the campaign is running, the creators keep the rate for 7 more days (or until the campaign ends, if sooner). Talk to agencies about anything beyond this yourself; Noachis isn’t party to it.
Affiliate performance
Affiliate marketing → Performance shows what creators sold for you, by channel: a product they tagged in a Noachis video, featured in a Noachis LIVE, put in their showcase, or a link they shared (including on Facebook or Instagram, where Noachis only sees the tap). A product a creator tags in their video or LIVE earns them commission in the same way as their link, when your programme is on and the product is open to creators. Figures are totals; they never show who tapped or bought. Sales from before channels were recorded show as “Not recorded”.
Affiliate reports and records
Affiliate marketing → Report lists every item a creator sold for you with its commission (the Conversion report), and the commission validated each month — when the order’s return window closes — with how much of it has been taken from your payouts (the Validation bill). Commission isn’t billed separately: it comes out of the money for that order when it is paid out to you. Cancelled and refunded sales aren’t charged. Buyers aren’t named in these reports.
Changes made in your affiliate tools — programme terms, products, campaigns, creators, samples and exports — are kept in your System log for a year, with the time and the account that made them. Exported files are kept for 30 days.
Your LIVEs and videos
Marketing → Live & Video shows how your own LIVEs and videos do: views, watch time, product taps, add to cart and the orders bought from them, with audience totals (age group, gender where people chose to give it, delivery state, and whether they follow you or have bought from you). Audience figures appear only for 20 or more viewers, and never name anyone. Orders count from when Noachis started recording where a purchase came from.
Streaming price promotion: you may set a lower price on some of your products, for up to 30 days at a time and a limited number of units. It applies only to buyers who come from your own LIVE, while it is on (and for 30 minutes after it ends, so they can finish checking out), and only for products shown in that LIVE. It never adds to a flash sale: the buyer pays the lower of the two. You fund the difference, as with any discount. Once a promotion is running you can add products and raise discounts, but not lower them.
LIVE vouchers: a voucher you mark “only in your LIVE” can be claimed only in your own LIVE while it is on. Once claimed it works like your other vouchers until it ends.
Vouchers
Marketing → Vouchers lets you offer money off for a minimum spend, which you fund. A voucher can be for all your products or ones you choose; for chosen products only those items count towards the minimum spend and the discount. It applies after any Shocking Sale, discount promotion, LIVE price, add-on deal and bundle deal, and buyers get one voucher per shop per order — the best one they hold, applied by itself.
Kinds: shown on your shop and product pages, or shared only through their code; private (claimed only by typing its code — sharing it is up to you); claimed only in your LIVE; only from videos that feature your products (yours, or an affiliate creator’s you haven’t blocked); only for buyers who have never bought from you; only for buyers with a number of recent orders from you; only in the LIVE of a creator you choose; or only for people who follow your shop after you make it (a follow prize, once per buyer). LIVE, creator-LIVE and video vouchers count only for the items the buyer added from that LIVE or a video (in the last 7 days). Codes start with your shop’s letters and must be unique; a code that is the only way to get a voucher is at least 4 characters after them.
You can let buyers see and claim a voucher before it starts (it can be used only from its start), and set how many times one buyer can get it. Once buyers can rely on a voucher — it has started, or someone claimed it early — its discount, minimum spend, code and who it is for stay as they are; you can still rename it, change its end, add quantity, raise the limit per buyer and add products. Ending it stops new use; orders already placed keep their discount. A voucher that hasn’t started can be deleted.
Don’t use vouchers to mislead: the discount must be real and the terms shown are the terms that apply.
Discount promotions
Marketing → Discount lets you set a lower price on some of your products or options for a while (at least 1 hour and less than 180 days), with an optional number of units at that price and an optional limit per buyer. The price must be 1% to 90% below the current price. Each option can be in one discount promotion at a time.
A discount promotion, a flash sale and a LIVE price never add up: the buyer pays the lowest of them. Shop vouchers still apply as usual. You fund the difference, as with any discount. If you lower your regular price to or below the discounted price, the discount simply stops applying — a buyer never pays more because of it.
Once a promotion is running you can end it sooner, lower its prices, add options or switch options off, but not raise a price or remove an option. Units sold at the discounted price come back if an unpaid order is cancelled.
Show real discounts: don’t raise a price just before a promotion to make the discount look bigger. Noachis keeps a history of each product’s price to check deals against.
Bundle deals
A bundle deal gives buyers a better price when they take several of your chosen products together — a percentage off, an amount off per bundle, or a fixed price per bundle — in up to 3 tiers, with an optional limit of bundles per buyer. A bigger bundle must be at least as good a deal per item.
It applies to what the items cost after any discount promotion, flash sale or LIVE price, and before your shop voucher. Noachis makes the bundles that save the buyer the most (the dearest items go into bundles first); items that don’t complete a bundle stay at their price. You fund the discount, as with any discount; creators earn commission on what the buyer paid.
Once a bundle deal is running its type, tiers and limit stay as buyers saw them: you can add products or end it sooner, not change the deal. A product can be in one bundle deal at a time.
Shop’s Shocking Sale (Flash Sale)
Marketing → Shop’s Shocking Sale lets you run your own flash sale in one of the day’s fixed time slots (Malaysia time), booked up to 30 days ahead — one per time slot. Buyers find it in the app’s Flash Sale; your followers, and buyers who tapped “Remind me”, are told when it starts.
Each option you add needs a Shocking Sale price 10% to 99% below its current price and lower than its lowest price in the last 7 days (counting your regular price and discount promotion prices; earlier Shocking Sale prices don’t count), promo stock of 1 to 1,000, and optionally a limit per buyer. Your shop must ship within 5 days. Don’t raise a price before a sale to make the cut look bigger: the 7-day rule is there so the deal is real.

You can switch it off, or end it, at any time; orders already placed keep their price.
Add-on deals and gifts with min. spend
An add-on deal lets buyers who take one of your main products add other chosen items at a lower add-on price — up to the number per order you set. A gift with min. spend gives buyers your chosen gift free once the main products in their order come to the minimum you set (after any discount promotion, flash sale or LIVE price, before vouchers), up to the gifts per order you set. A main product can’t also be its own add-on or gift, and can be a main product of one add-on deal and one gift deal at a time.
Add-ons and gifts are your own products and come out of your stock like any order. An item taken as an add-on or a gift isn’t also counted in a bundle; an item already cheaper through another deal keeps that price. You fund the add-on price and the gift; creators earn commission on what the buyer paid (nothing on a free gift).
Returns: a gift goes back with the rest of the order. If you confirm a return arrived without the gift, the gift’s value at the time of the order is kept from the buyer’s refund (never more than the refund). Once a deal is running its type, limit and min. spend stay as buyers saw them: you can add main products and items, switch items off, lower an add-on price, or end it sooner.
Standard products and “Lowest price”
Link a listing to a standard product only when it is exactly that product — same item, brand, model and size. A listing whose barcode is a different product can’t be linked. Listings started from a standard product use its details and pictures; check them before you publish.
When two or more shops sell the same standard product, the live, in-stock listing with the lowest price is tagged “Lowest price” (ties go to the one that has sold more, then the one linked first). There is no fee. Noachis may unlink or remove listings linked to the wrong product.
Product AI Optimiser
Selling points are part of your listing: they must be true, like the rest of it. AI drafts are suggestions — check each one before you save it.
A picture with an AI-made background must show the product exactly as it is, and is labelled “AI background” to buyers. Don’t use one that changes the product.
Chat helpers: a welcome message, an off-work message (outside the working hours you set) and FAQ cards are sent automatically in your shop’s name, labelled for the buyer; you are responsible for them as for your own messages. Keep them accurate and free of links, phone numbers, email addresses and other ways to take the buyer off Noachis — Noachis refuses ones that contain them. Automatic messages don’t count as replies in your chat performance. Feedback you send about these tools goes to the Noachis team with your shop’s name.
If you turn on AI chat replies, the AI answers in your shop’s name and you are responsible for what it says, as for your own messages. Its messages are labelled “AI reply”. It never promises refunds, returns, discounts or exceptions and hands those chats to you. Turn it off at any time in Seller Center.
Getting paid: your balance and bank accounts
Each order’s money is held until 7 days after it is delivered — the time a buyer has to ask for a return. Then the seller’s share (after Noachis’s fee, any creator commission and any refundable sample) goes into the shop’s balance in Seller Center. If a return is accepted before then, the seller’s share of that order doesn’t go into the balance.
Withdraw the whole balance to the shop’s default bank account at any time from RM10, or turn on auto-withdrawal, which sends it whenever money comes in (it is on unless you turn it off). One withdrawal is on its way at a time. A withdrawal the bank refuses comes back into the balance, and the account is marked so you can check it.
If a buyer is refunded after the money went into the balance, the refund comes off the balance. The balance can then go below zero; new income covers it before anything more can be withdrawn.
Bank accounts: up to 3, one of them the default that withdrawals go to. Adding one or changing the default asks for your Noachis password. The name must be exactly the name the bank has for the account — Noachis can’t check it before paying, and money sent to details you entered wrongly may not be recoverable. Noachis stores the account number encrypted and shows only its last 4 digits.
Seller verification: Noachis checks who runs each shop — a person by their MyKad (front, back and a selfie holding it), a company by its SSM number and registration document. You must be 18 or older. Until your shop is verified you can sell, but withdrawals wait (the money stays in your balance) and at most 20 products can be live at once. Noachis may withdraw a verification later, for example if a document turns out to be false; withdrawals stop again until a new one is approved.
My Income, My Balance and the weekly income statements (Monday to Sunday, Malaysia time) are the shop’s records of this money. Noachis doesn’t issue LHDN e-invoices yet.
Ratings and reviews
Buyers can rate each item they received and add text, up to 5 photos and a 60-second video. Reviews are public. You can reply to each review once, and change your reply; replies are public, in your shop’s name, up to 500 characters. You can’t remove a buyer’s review.
Don’t offer buyers money, vouchers, gifts or anything else to give a rating, change it or remove it, and don’t rate your own products or ask people you know to. Don’t put a buyer’s personal details in a reply. Breaking this can lead to reviews being removed and selling being restricted.
Review Prize and Shop Coins
Review Prize lets you give Shop Coins for high-quality reviews (at least 50 characters, a photo and a video) of products you choose, for up to 90 days. The coins are for a helpful review whatever its stars: never ask for, or reward only, good ratings. You choose 10 to 500 coins per review (1 coin = RM0.01), at most half the product’s price.
The budget comes out of your balance when it starts and moves to Noachis’s account; Noachis pays for the coins when buyers use them. What isn’t given out comes back to your balance when it ends — at its end date, when you stop it, or when the budget can’t cover another review. Coins taken back from a refunded order come back to you too. Buyers get the coins once per item bought, not for your own shop’s purchases.
When a buyer pays with Shop Coins in your shop, you still get the full price: Noachis pays the coins into your account when the order’s money is released, and your share and Noachis’s fee are worked out on the full price. If that order is then refunded, the coins go back to the buyer and the amount Noachis paid in comes off your balance.
Noachis Campaigns and campaign packages
Noachis runs campaigns — Shocking Sale slots, big monthly campaigns, voucher, shipping, live and video campaigns and more. You nominate products for a session; Noachis reviews every nomination against the session’s criteria and may accept or reject it, with a reason. A nomination still waiting when the session starts isn’t accepted.
A Shocking Sale nomination includes a campaign price and units for the product or each option, below today’s price and the lowest price of the 7 days before. Once accepted, that price applies in the app during the session, to those units, as in Shop’s Shocking Sale; you can’t change it or end it yourself. Keep the stock and ship within 5 days.
Paid-slot sessions need a VIP slot for each product, bought in campaign packages. A package is paid from your balance or online. No SST is charged while Noachis isn’t SST-registered. Pay within 5 days of ordering, or the order is cancelled. Slots can be used for sessions starting within the package’s valid days from payment, and not after the campaign period ends.
Once paid, a package can’t be cancelled or refunded — unless Noachis cancels it, in which case the full amount goes back to your balance. A slot comes back to its package if Noachis rejects the product, cancels the session or cancels the campaign, or if you withdraw the nomination while nomination is open. Unused slots expire with the package.
Enforcement
Fees: Noachis charges 5% of the item price on each sold order — not on shipping. There is no listing fee, monthly fee or per-order fee. The payment provider’s processing charge is taken from the seller’s share, and any creator commission the seller has offered is paid from it too.
Listings that break these rules can be removed, and selling can be restricted. A restricted seller can still pause or archive listings.
