Your safety on Noachis
The tools you have, and what happens when you use them.
In an emergency
Report
Report any video, comment, account, product, shop or LIVE from its menu. A person reviews every report, and reports about self-harm go to the front of the queue. We never tell anyone who reported them.
Block
Once you block someone, they can’t see your profile or posts, interact with you or join your LIVE, and you won’t see theirs. They aren’t notified.
Private account
Only followers you approve can see your posts. People who already follow you keep access.
Notifications
Choose which likes, comments, follows and reposts you hear about. Notices about your account always come through.
If a decision is made about you
You’ll get a notice in the app explaining what happened and which guideline applies. You can appeal each decision once, and someone who wasn’t involved reviews it.
If you can’t sign in
If your account is suspended or banned, you can see why and appeal from Account status, without signing in.
Your data
Download a copy of everything Noachis holds about you, including your watch history, or delete your account. Before you delete, we show you what’s removed and what’s kept.
Shopping safely
Always pay inside Noachis, never by bank transfer to a seller. Payments go through our payment partner’s secure page, so Noachis never sees your card details. Report fake or banned products and shops from their page.
